In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position verbindest Du die Sicherheit und Stabilität eines etablierten Unternehmens mit der Herausforderung, im Vertrieb strategische Leitplanken zu setzen und aktiv ein Netzwerk aufzubauen. Du gestaltest die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens maßgeblich mit und trägst zum langfristigen Erfolg in einem wachsenden Markt bei.

  • Als Botschafter für Riedel Bau wirkst du maßgeblich bei der Akquisition und Betreuung neuer sowie bestehender Kunden im Bereich Rohbau, Schlüsselfertigbau und Projektentwicklung regional und überregional mit – sowohl im öffentlichen als auch im privaten Sektor.
  • Du bringst dein starkes Netzwerk in der Baubranche aktiv ein und vertrittst unser Unternehmen auf Veranstaltungen, Messen und Branchenevents (z. B. VDI, Baufachmessen, Netzwerktreffen).
  • Du entwickelst und realisierst gezielte Vertriebsstrategien, um neue Kunden zu gewinnen und bestehende Partnerschaften langfristig auszubauen – immer in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Fachabteilungen.
  • Du führst kompetente Beratungsgespräche vom ersten Kennenlernen über die technische Konzeption bis zum Vertragsabschluss mit Bauherren, Investoren und Entscheidern, um individuelle Lösungen für deren Bauprojekte zu entwickeln.
  • Du behältst Markttrends und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen stets im Blick und passt deine Vertriebsstrategie entsprechend an.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den internen Fachabteilungen zusammen und gibst wertvolle Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Leistungsspektrums.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Begeisterung für den Vertrieb mit.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Bau- oder Immobilienbranche sowie in der Kundenberatung gesammelt.
  • Du bringst eine hohe Eigeninitiative mit und hast Freude daran, neue Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen und langfristig zu pflegen.
  • Du verfügst über ein sicheres Auftreten und kannst auf Entscheiderebene professionell agieren.
  • Unternehmerisches Handeln und eine starke Überzeugungskraft zählen zu deinen Stärken.
  • Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches und technisches Verständnis mit, um fundierte Gespräche mit Kunden zu führen.
