Du bist stark im formalen Schriftverkehr, hast ein gutes Gespür für technische Details und begeisterst dich für juristische Zusammenhänge? Dann suchen wir genau dich! In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position verbindest Du Deine bautechnische Expertise mit dem spannenden Feld des Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagements. Du unterstützt unsere Projektteams bei der rechtssicheren Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte und sorgst dafür, dass unsere vertraglichen Interessen konsequent gewahrt bleiben – und das maßgeblich von unserem Standort in Schweinfurt aus.

  • Vertragsprüfung: Du prüfst und bewertest Vertragsentwürfe und Verträge bereits in frühen Projektphasen mit Blick auf Chancen, Risiken und mögliche Forderungspotenziale.
  • Vertragsmanagement: Du unterstützt und berätst unsere Projektteams bei Vertragsfragen sowie bei der Dokumentation von Behinderungen oder Mehrvergütungsansprüchen und trägst damit zur wirtschaftlichen Abwicklung der Projekte bei.
  • Schriftwechsel: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Bau- und Projektleitungen zusammen und unterstützt insbesondere beim vertragsrelevanten Schriftverkehr.
  • Leistungsabweichungen: Du analysierst und bewertest Leistungsabweichungen hinsichtlich ihrer Auswirkungen auf Termine und Kosten. Du unterstützt die Erstellung von Sach- und Bauzeitnachträgen sowie Ausgleichsberechnungen.
  • Anspruchsdurchsetzung: Du begleitest die Durchsetzung berechtigter Ansprüche, indem du Vertragsänderungen, Behinderungen und Bauablaufstörungen identifizierst und aufbereitest.
  • Abwehr von Ansprüchen: Du wirkst mit bei der Abwehr unberechtigter Auftraggeber- und Nachunternehmerforderungen und leistest damit einen direkten Beitrag zur Wahrung unserer Interessen.
  • Rechtsfallbegleitung: Du unterstützt unsere Projektteams bei Rechtsfällen z. B. durch die strukturierte Aufbereitung von Sachverhalten und durch die enge Abstimmung mit internen sowie externen Partnern (Rechtsanwälte, Sachverständige und sonstige Sonderfachleute).

Dein Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation z. B. als Bautechniker (m/w/d)
  • Vertiefte Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Umfassende Erfahrung in Baubetrieb, Bauvertragsrecht, Bauablaufplanung und Nachtragskalkulation
  • Detailkenntnisse in der Baukostenermittlung und -kalkulation
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie sicherer Umgang mit der Software RIB iTWO
  • Ein feines Gespür für Details sowie eine ausgeprägte eigenständige Arbeitsweise
