Wir suchen für unseren Kunden 1 HTL-Absolvent_in mit kaufmännischen Ambitionen

Einsatzort: Großraum Graz

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Aktive und proaktive Betreuung von Bestandskunden im technischen Innendienst

* Erhebung, Analyse und Dokumentation von Kundenwünschen und technischen Anforderungen

* Prüfung der technischen Umsetzbarkeit von Kundenanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Kollegen

* Erarbeitung technischer Alternativvorschläge und individueller Lösungsmöglichkeiten

* Mitwirkung bei der Planung kundenspezifischer Lösungen auf Basis des hauseigenen Produkt- und Dienstleistungsportfolios

* Erstellung von Aufstellungsplänen und Grobplanung von Maschinenanordnungen und -reihenfolgen mittels AutoCAD

* Unterstützung bei technischen Kalkulationen und der Erstellung von Angeboten

* Ausarbeitung von technischen Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Dokumentationen für Kunden

* Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internationalen Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Fachabteilungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Unsere Anforderungen

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL), idealerweise in den Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich

* Erste praktische Erfahrungen im technischen Vertrieb, in der Projektierung oder Konstruktion von Vorteil - gerne auch durch Praktika oder schulische Projekte

* Technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an kaufmännischen Zusammenhängen und wirtschaftlichen Lösungen

* Gute Kenntnisse in einem 3D-CAD-Programm

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2)

* Freude am Kundenkontakt und ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung

* Kommunikationsgeschick und freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Bestandskunden

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen internationalen Dienstreisen (ca. 5-10 %)

* Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Engagement und Motivation, sich in neue Aufgabenbereiche einzuarbeiten

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Hilfsbereitschaft

Das übliche Bruttomonatsgehalt für vergleichbare Positionen liegt je nach Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung zwischen € 3.300,- und € 4.000,- brutto/Monat, woran man sich auch bei den Verhandlungen zu dieser Position orientieren wird.
