Wir suchen für unseren Kunden 1 Mitarbeiter_in im technischen Vertriebsinnendienst / HTL-Absolvent_in mit/ohne Berufserfahrung Einsatzort: Graz Umgebung

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

- Proaktive Kundenbetreuung als Innendiensttechniker_in

- Erfragen und dokumentieren von Kundenwünschen und Anforderung

- Beurteilung der Umsetzbarkeit der Kundenwünsche gemeinsam mit Kollegen

- Ausarbeitung von Alternativvorschlägen zu Kundenvorstellungen

- Planung von bedarfsgerechten und individuellen Lösungen auf Basis des hauseigenen Produkt- und Dienstleistungssortiments

- Vorbereitung von Aufstellungsplanung und Grobplanung von Maschinenreihenfolgen mittels AutoCAD

- Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung

- Ausarbeitung von Unterlagen & Präsentationen für Kunden

- Ansprechpartner_in für internationalen Kunden, Lieferanten und interne Kollegen (Englisch und Deutsch)

Unsere Anforderungen

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder technisch-wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL / FH / TU)

- Fachbereiche: Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar

- Erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb bzw. in der Projektierung von Vorteil

- Gute Kenntnisse auf einem 3D-CAD-Programm- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

- Gute Deutschkenntnisse

- Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2)

- Ausgeprägte kaufmännische Denkweise und Kostenbewusstsein

- Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

- Kommunikationsgeschick und Freude an der Kundenkommunikation (Bestandskunden)

- Internationale Reisebereitschaft von ca. 5 bis 10% (für gelegentliche Kennenlerntermine) erwünscht

- Einsatzbereitschaft und Motivation

- Selbstständiger, zuverlässiger und genauer Arbeitsstil

- Teamfähigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft

Das übliche Bruttomonatsgehalt für vergleichbare Positionen liegt je nach Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung zwischen € 3.300,- und € 4.000,- brutto/Monat, woran man sich auch bei den Verhandlungen zu dieser Position orientieren wird.
