Pour notre département froid de Bulle, nous recherchons pour début 2027 ou à convenir \\Chef·fe de projet en climatisation et froid avec un sens commercial (80--100 %)\\ Vous identifiez les besoins des clients, proposez des solutions techniques adaptées et souhaitez accompagner les projets jusqu'à leurs réalisations ? Chez RIEDO Clima SA, vous pouvez mettre à profit vos compétences commerciales, prendre des responsabilités et contribuer activement au développement de notre département Froid \\\& Climatisation. \\Lieu de travail :\\ Bulle (FR) \\Entrée en fonction :\\ Idéalement janvier/février 2027 ou à convenir \\Vos missions\\ \* Vous conseillez notre clientèle en français et/ou en allemand sur les installations de climatisation et de froid. \* Vous développez de nouvelles relations commerciales, fidélisez les clients existants et constituez votre propre portefeuille clients. \* Vous analysez les besoins des clients sur place et élaborez des solutions techniques adaptées en collaboration avec notre équipe. \* Vous établissez les chiffrages et les offres et menez les négociations commerciales jusqu'à la conclusion des affaires. \* Vous assumez la responsabilité de vos projets, du premier conseil à la réception, en passant par la planification et la réalisation. \* Vous coordonnez les équipes de montage, les fournisseurs et les autres intervenants, tout en veillant au respect des coûts, des délais et de la qualité. \\Votre profil\\ \* Vous êtes idéalement titulaire d'un CFC dans un domaine technique, de préférence en technique du bâtiment, électricité, chauffage, froid ou climatisation. \* Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances techniques et un intérêt pour la climatisation et le froid. \* Vous avez le sens commercial, appréciez le contact avec la clientèle et travaillez de manière autonome et orientée solutions. \* Vous communiquez avec aisance en français et/ou en allemand. \* Vous faites preuve d'organisation, assumez vos responsabilités et appréciez le travail en équipe. \* Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants. \* Vous possédez un permis de conduire valable de catégorie B. \\Nous vous offrons\\ \* Une activité variée avec une grande autonomie et la possibilité de prendre des initiatives. \* La possibilité de gérer vos projets de A à Z. \* Une équipe motivée et des processus de décision courts. \* Des horaires flexibles dans le cadre d'un modèle de temps de travail annualisé. \* Un véhicule de fonction avec possibilité d'utilisation privée. \* Un soutien pour vos formations continues professionnelles et personnelles. \* Des conditions d'emploi attractives au sein d'une entreprise bien établie. \\Ce poste vous intéresse ?\\ Nous nous réjouissons de faire votre connaissance !
