The posting

We are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Broker to join our team and work in the Dubai property market. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close deals.(Islamabad, Pakistan)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in Dubai real estate.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on Dubais property trends.
  • Guide clients through the property buying and selling process.
  • Negotiate and close property deals efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Coordinate with Dubai-based agents and developers to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and manage leads.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Dubai market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and online property portals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
