Our client is a highly regarded institution playing a pivotal role in Rwanda's economic and financial landscape. As the organization embarks on an ambitious new phase of growth and transformation, it seeks an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to provide visionary leadership and deliver sustainable long-term impact.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for leading strategy execution, driving institutional growth, strengthening stakeholder confidence, fostering innovation and ensuring the highest standards of governance, integrity and organizational performance.

This appointment represents a rare opportunity to lead an institution of national significance, influence strategic outcomes at the highest levels and contribute meaningfully to Rwanda's continued development.

The Individual

We are seeking an accomplished executive with:

  • A distinguished track record in senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading growth, transformation or institutional development initiatives.
  • Strong strategic, commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience engaging effectively with Boards, regulators, government institutions, investors and other senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship-management capabilities.
  • Unquestionable integrity, judgement and professional credibility.

A relevant postgraduate qualification is required.
