Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sorgen für den Unterhalt und die Werterhaltung der Liegenschaften der Rigi Bahnen auf und rund um die Rigi.
  • Sie suchen und erkennen Störungen an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen frühzeitig und übernehmen Erstinterventionen.
  • Sie unterstützen das Reinigungsteam bei Spezialaufgaben wie die Reinigung der Depot\-Fenster.
  • Sie unterstützen den Leiter Facility Management bei organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern.

Wir erwarten

  • Technische Grundausbildung: Sanitär\- oder Heizungsmonteur, Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt, Elektriker
  • Erfahrung im Bereich HLKKS (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Kälte, Sanitär) sowie im Bereich GLS (Gebäudeleitsystem) von Vorteil
  • Gute MS\-365\-Kenntnisse
  • Freude am Kontakt mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen und eine hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • (Ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung und Kreativität für vielfältige Herausforderungen)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
  • Flexibilität für Bereitschaftseinsätze an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B und eigenes Auto von Vorteil
