二、发展方向 1.技术采购：参与供应商评估、原材料成本控制、供应链优化等工作。 2.生产计划：学习生产排程、资源调度、产能规划与生产效率提升。 3.产品制造：深入生产线，了解工艺优化、设备管理及制造过程改进。 4.产品导入：协助新产品从研发到量产的全过程推进与协调。 5.产品质量：参与质量控制体系搭建、问题分析与改进，确保产品符合高标准要求。

三、岗位职责 1.完成轮岗培训，深入理解各制造环节的运作与管理。 2.参与生产流程优化、成本控制及效率提升等项目。 3.协助团队解决生产中的技术与管理问题，提出创新性建议。 4.学习并应用精益生产、六西格玛等先进制造管理方法。 轮岗结束后，根据个人意愿与公司需求定岗，承担具体管理或专业技术职责。

1.学历专业：本科及以上学历，电子、通信、自动化、控制、集成电路等相关专业。 2.知识技能：具备扎实的专业基础知识，了解生产制造或供应链管理相关课程者更佳。 3.综合素质：具备较强的学习能力、逻辑思维能力和解决问题的能力；善于沟通，具备团队协作精神；对生产制造领域有浓厚兴趣，愿意从基层实践开始积累。
