1. 业务理解与需求分析：在导师与资深同事指导下，深入业务场景理解真实痛点，学习将业务诉求转化为清晰的 AI 应用需求； 2. 产品方案设计：参与产品方案设计，借助 AI 工具完成需求拆解、竞品分析与原型、PRD 输出，逐步建立"技术 + 产品"的复合视角； 3. AI 应用开发落地：负责 AI 应用的模块级开发与交付（以 AI 应用/服务端为主，辅以模板化前端），借助 AI 工具与智能体完成代码生成、联调与整合，提升开发效率与质量； 4. 测试与质量保障：结合 AI 辅助完成功能测试、性能验证与问题定位，保障交付质量与稳定性； 5. 上线部署与持续运营：在指导下参与应用的部署上线与日常运维，持续跟踪使用反馈，推动功能迭代优化； 6. 学历背景：计算机、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 1. 基础技术能力：熟悉至少一种主流编程语言（Python / Java / TypeScript / C++ 等），具备良好的数据结构、算法与代码规范基础； 2. AI 应用能力：熟练使用 AI 工具辅助开发，对 AI 在真实场景的应用有实践热情；有 LLM API 调用、Prompt 工程、RAG、智能体等实践或项目经验者优先； 3. 全链路意识：认同"业务→方案→技术→上线"的完整链路价值，具备用 AI 放大个人交付效率的强烈意愿与学习潜力； 4. 沟通与协作：具备良好的沟通表达与团队协作能力，能清晰阐述技术方案，与业务方高效对齐需求； 5. 学习与创新：对新技术保持好奇，敢于尝试、动手验证，逻辑清晰、责任心强，能适应快节奏工作。 加分项： 有可运行的独立作品或 AI demo（课程设计、竞赛、实习、开源项目均可）； 有 AI 相关竞赛、开源贡献或技术博客沉淀； 熟悉大模型 API、向量数据库或智能体框架（如 LangChain、Dify 等）。
