The posting

Vores vellidte og dygtige farmakonom søger en ny makker i dagstid fra 1. januar 2027.

Vi er Region Østdanmarks eneste hjerne- og nervekirurgiske afdeling. Vi består af en klinik, sengeafsnit og semiintensivt afsnit, som alle varetager pleje og behandling af patienter med kirurgiske sygdomme i hjerne og nerver. Det kan eksempelvis være hjerneblødninger, tumorer, hydrocephalus mm. Vi har et højt flow af patienter.

Vi har medicinservice fra hospitalets apotek. De kommer dagligt i afdelingen og sørger for medicinbestilling og lagerstyring, men som farmakonom i vores afsnit kan du se frem til:

  • At dispensere og administrere medicin til tiden samt gennemgå medicin til de indlagte patienter
  • Information, vejledning og rådgivning til patienter og pårørende om medicin gennem en tæt dialog. Blandt andet om virkninger og bivirkninger af den ordinerede medicin – både under indlæggelse og ved udskrivelse
  • Stærkt samarbejde med sygeplejersker og sparring med læger om den rette dosering og behandling
  • Deltagelse i patientkonferencer
  • Klargøring af intravenøse antibiotika
  • En arbejdsplads med sociale arrangementer som sommerfest, DHL, fredagsbar, nytårskur mv.
  • Vejledning og undervisning af relevante samarbejdspartnere og evt. elever
  • En stilling med ledelsesopbakning til at være innovativ

Vi vil gerne have, at du er:

  • Glad for at have kontakt og kommunikation med patienter
  • Uddannet farmakonom – du må gerne have erfaring fra lignende job, men ikke et krav
  • Ansvarsbevidst
  • God til at samarbejde på tværs af faggrupper
  • Selvstændig, serviceminded og kan tage initiativ
