Rilancio AB söker nu en klienthandläggare på heltid till vår verksamhet med huvudkontor i Sala. Om Rilancio AB Rilancio AB har tillstånd från IVO att bedriva skyddat boende och tar emot personer i behov av skydd i olika typer av boendelösningar. De personer som placeras hos oss har ofta en komplex livssituation där skyddsbehovet ofta kombineras med annan problematik, exempelvis beroende, psykisk ohälsa och psykiatriska diagnoser. Arbetet ställer därför höga krav på ett professionellt bemötande, struktur, samverkan och förmåga att möta människor utifrån deras individuella behov och förutsättningar. Om tjänsten Som klienthandläggare har du en central roll i verksamheten och det huvudsakliga ansvaret för de placeringar som verksamheten har. Du följer placeringen från start till avslut och arbetar nära såväl den placerade som uppdragsgivare, familjehem och andra samverkanspartners. · Ha huvudansvar för tilldelade placeringar. Ha löpande kontakt och samverkan med socialtjänsten, polis, frivården, arbetsförmedlingen, försäkringskassan, skolor etc. · Planera, samordna och följa upp insatser utifrån klientens behov och uppdragets utformning. · Handleda och ge stöd till familjehem. · Ansvara för dokumentation i form av journalanteckningar, genomförandeplaner och månadsrapporter. Arbetet innebär ett stort eget ansvar och kräver att du kan arbeta självständigt, strukturerat och lösningsfokuserat, samtidigt som du är en del av ett team där samarbete och gemensamt ansvar är viktigt. Kvalifikationer · Socionom eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig. · Flerårig erfarenhet av socialt arbete. · B-körkort. Det är meriterande om du har utbildning och/eller erfarenhet av: · MI (Motiverande samtal) · CHECK-15 · SARA · PATRIARK · Samverkan med olika myndigheter som tex arbetsförmedlingen, försäkringskassan etc. · Arbete med personer med skyddsbehov · Beroende och psykisk ohälsa Som person ser vi gärna att du är trygg och stabil i din yrkesroll. Du behöver kunna skapa förtroendefulla relationer samtidigt som du kan sätta tydliga professionella gränser. Eftersom arbetet stundtals kan innebära snabba förändringar behöver du kunna prioritera, behålla struktur och fatta genomtänkta beslut även när situationer förändras.
