We are actively seeking a Sr. Sales Content and Knowledge Specialist. This role is based in India, Hyderabad.

The Opportunity

Sellers should not have to hunt for the answer, wonder which asset is current or rely on tribal knowledge to move an opportunity forward. The Sr. Sales Content & Knowledge Specialist will create the structure that makes trusted knowledge easier to find, use and maintain across a global sales organization.

This is an opportunity to shape the content and knowledge ecosystem behind a modern seller experience. You will own the blueprint, governance and business experience for Highspot, bring order to a distributed publishing environment, and create the trusted foundation needed for intelligent seller assistance and AI.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve the global sales content and knowledge strategy aligned to seller needs and revenue priorities.
  • Create and maintain a seller content blueprint defining the resources needed by role, sales moment and priority selling motion.
  • Serve as business owner for Highspot, shaping seller experience, governance, roadmap priorities, adoption and realized value.
  • Define and govern information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, navigation, search, lifecycle and publishing standards.
  • Build a scalable cross-functional publisher model with clear standards, ownership, onboarding and quality controls.
  • Identify content gaps, duplication and lifecycle issues and drive rationalization, ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Use search, usage, engagement and seller feedback to improve findability and help content owners make better decisions.
  • Build the trusted knowledge foundation required for AI-enabled seller discovery, guidance and assistance.
  • Apply platform AI and automation where they improve discovery, curation, recommendations, maintenance or self-service.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of relevant Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, content strategy, knowledge management or enablement-platform experience; 10+ years preferred.
  • Experience owning enterprise content, knowledge or enablement-platform strategy in a complex environment.
  • Strong knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy, search/findability, content lifecycle and distributed publishing.
  • Experience with a sales enablement platform; Highspot experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, governance and cross-functional influence skills.
