Für die Eröffnung suchen wir einen Housekeeping Manager mit Herz, Hand und Blick fürs Detail. Du baust unser Housekeeping von Anfang an mit auf und prägst es.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

* Führung: Du leitest und motivierst das Housekeeping-Team, erstellst die Dienst- und Tagespläne und packst selbst mit an.

* Qualität: Du sorgst dafür, dass Zimmer, Schlafsaal und öffentliche Bereiche jederzeit unseren hohen Sauberkeits- und Qualitätsstandards entsprechen, und machst regelmäßige Zimmerkontrollen.

* Organisation: Du steuerst den Zimmerstatus in Abstimmung mit der Rezeption, planst Abreise- und Bleibezimmer effizient und behältst auch an vollen Tagen den Überblick.

* Material & Wäsche: Du verwaltest und bestellst Reinigungsmittel, Wäsche und Gästeartikel und achtest dabei auf Kosten und Lagerstand.

* Aufbau: Du entwickelst Standards, Checklisten und Einschulungen für dein Team, damit alles von Anfang an funktioniert.

* Nachhaltigkeit: Du gehst bewusst und sparsam mit Ressourcen um, ganz im Sinne von RINGANA.

* Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Gastgeber:innen, Technik und Hotelmanagement zusammen.

Das zeichnet dich aus

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Housekeeping, idealerweise in der gehobenen Hotellerie, gerne schon mit Führungserfahrung als Hausdame, Etagenhausdame oder Supervisor

* Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein genauer Blick fürs Detail

* Organisationstalent mit strukturierter, eigenständiger Arbeitsweise

* Freude daran, ein Team anzuleiten und zu motivieren

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch oder weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus

* Bereitschaft, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten (Dienstplan)
