This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to optimize processes and improve performance.
  • Explore, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build automated dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate data quality, integrate new data sources, and work with data engineering to improve data infrastructure.
  • Present findings and translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead analytics projects and mentor junior analysts in best practices and methodologies.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and preferably one or more of the following: Snowflake, Hadoop
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Sigma)
  • Experience with AI Tools (e.g. Claude, Chat GPT)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • (Preferred) Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and familiarity with Sales PIpeline
  • (Preferred) Experience leading analytics projects
