The posting

Regnbuen er et Aktivitets – og samværstilbud efter servicelovens §104, til voksne borgere med betydelig nedsat fysisk og/eller psykisk funktionsevne.

Vi har et udviklingsorienteret syn på de aktiviteter, som vi tilbyder, og vi yder individuel hjælp og støtte tilpasset den enkelte borgers behov. Der er en del personlig pleje i arbejdet og de fleste borgere skal have hjælp til mange ting.

I det daglige arbejder vi med total-kommunikation, som blandt andet indebærer brug af Ipad, billedkommunikation og tegn til tale. Vi arbejder ud fra et fælles værdigrundlag og bruger ICDP i vores tilgang til borgerne.

Regnbuen består af følgende grupper:

  • Krop og hop
  • Multimedie
  • Kultur
  • Kreativ/håndværk
  • Natur og miljø

Du kommer til at være i alle grupper.

Vi forventer at:

  • Du er vil indgå i den daglige rutine.
  • Du er ansvarlig og pligtopfyldende.
  • Du er loyal over for beslutninger
  • Du har vilje til at give og modtage feedback
