Rinvio is a staffing partner focused on electrical, mission critical, industrial, and data center talent. We are hiring for current and upcoming commissioning work supporting complex project environments.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Commissioning Engineer for project-based work in and around Phoenix, AZ. This is a Rinvio Full-Time W-2 opportunity supporting startup, testing, and turnover activity in mission critical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support commissioning of electrical and mission critical systems
  • Execute functional testing and document results clearly
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and facility stakeholders
  • Help drive clean turnover and commissioning completion

Requirements

  • Commissioning experience in data center, industrial, or critical facility work
  • Strong electrical systems knowledge
  • Ability to work in travel or project-based environments
  • Professional communication and field coordination skills

Compensation

$45-75/hour depending on experience. Travel/per diem may be available depending on project. Full-Time W-2 position through Rinvio.

Full-time, W-2 employment with Rinvio, working on site with our client.

Benefits: medical, dental and vision insurance, weekly pay by direct deposit, and paid time off after a set period. Per diem may be available depending on the assignment.
