MISSÃO

Planeja, organiza, supervisiona e executa serviços de enfermagem empregando processos de rotina e ou específicos que possibilitem a proteção e a recuperação da saúde individual e coletiva. Participa da equipe multidisciplinar, nas diversas atividades que visam o aprimoramento e desenvolvimento das atividades de interesse da unidade; Identifica as necessidades de enfermagem, programando e supervisionando as atividades da equipe de enfermagem, visando a preservação e recuperação da saúde; Elabora plano de enfermagem, Executa diversas tarefas de enfermagem de maior complexidade, valendo-se de seus conhecimentos técnicos, para proporcionar o maior grau possível de bem estar físico, mental e social aos seus pacientes.

Realiza reuniões de orientação e avaliação, visando o aprimoramento da equipe de trabalho; Faz a triagem nos casos de ausência do médico e presta atendimento nos casos de emergência; Providencia o recolhimento dos relatórios da equipe de trabalho, bem como realiza uma análise dos mesmos; Executar outras atividades correlatas ao cargo e/ou determinadas pelo superior imediato. Trabalhar em conformidade às boas práticas, normas e procedimentos de biossegurança. Realizar registros e elaborar relatórios técnicos. Acompanha sistemática do estado de saúde dos funcionários, nos levantamentos de doenças ocupacionais, lesões traumáticas, doenças epidemiológicas etc. Fazer visitas domiciliares e hospitalares nos casos de acidentes de trabalho ou doenças ocupacionais. Auxiliar o médico do trabalho nas atividades relacionadas à medicina ocupacional. Monitora e acompanha a realização de exames pré-admissionais, periódicos, retorno ao trabalho, demissionais e outros determinados pelas normas da instituição. Zelar pela manutenção, limpeza, conservação, guarda e controle de todo o material, parelhos, equipamentos e de seu local de trabalho. Executar tarefas pertinentes à área de atuação, utilizando-se de equipamentos e programas de informática (pacote Office completo). Realizar procedimentos de primeiros socorros a funcionários, promover execução de exames médicos e realizar demais atividades. As atividades são desenvolvidas com ações de qualidade e preservação ambiental e trabalham segundo normas de segurança e em conformidade com normas e procedimentos técnicos de segurança.

  • Realizar os primeiros socorros a funcionários acidentados;
  • Atender e encaminhar funcionários ao médico ou dentista;
  • Aplicar, sob prescrição médica, injeções, ministrar medicamentos, fazer massagem e curativos;
  • Abrir fichas de controle médico e cuidar do arquivo das mesmas;
  • Controlar horário de consulta médica e dentaria;
  • Responder pela guarda dos instrumentos utilizados no ambulatório, tais como: seringa, aparelho de pressão, bisturis e outros;
  • Cumpre normas de higiene e segurança do trabalho.
