A pessoa estagiária da área Financeira dará suporte para as áreas de Tesouraria, Contas a Pagar/Receber e Planejamento Financeiro. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPRINCIPAIS DESAFIOS:• Dar suporte a área de Contas a Pagar/Receber, mitigando atrasos de pagamento/recebimento;• Dar suporte a área de Tesouraria para que não haja desvios nos fluxos de caixa da empresa;• Dar suporte a área de Planejamento Financeiro, entendendo o orçamento do Grupo e estudando suas principais variações.PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:• Revisar a rotina de pagamentos do Grupo;• Atualização semanal dos saldos bancários;• Análise de Multa e Juros;• Preenchimento de documentações bancárias e interface com as instituições financeiras;• Dar suporte na gestão dos sistemas utilizados no Grupo (SAP, Gesplan e Power BI);• Elaboração e atualização de relatórios da área;• Dar suporte no Fechamento Financeiro mensal;• Dar suporte no atendimento de dúvidas do Outsourcing e demais áreas da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCONHECIMENTO E CERTIFICAÇÕES REQUERIDAS:• Antes de se candidatar é importante avaliar se você possui disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente, 6h/dia no escritório da empresa que atualmente está localizado na Rua Jardim Botânico, n° 518 - Zona Sul do Rio de Janeiro;• Essa oportunidade é para alunos que estejam matriculados em Instituições de Ensino Superior e cursando a partir do 3° período dos cursos de Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Economia ou Contabilidade, com previsão de conclusão de curso a partir de 2028.2;• Para desempenhar as atividades e superar os desafios diários você precisa ter conhecimento intermediário a avançado do Pacote Office com destaque para o Excel e Power BI;• A pessoa que ocupar essa posição terá a oportunidade de estagiar em uma empresa multinacional e ter o nível de Inglês intermediário, é um excelente diferencial.• A rotina da área Financeira requer um perfil que tenha facilidade em manter a organização, capacidade de manter o foco em atividades que requerem concentração e comprometimento com os prazos e entregas estabelecidas.Se você atende aos requisitos da posição, essa pode ser a oportunidade de aprendizado e desenvolvimento profissional que você está buscando.Conheça um pouco mais sobre a Rio Energy nas redes sociais e site da companhia.
