The posting

Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused development leads to exceptional games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. Since then, Riot has expanded its portfolio and studios globally, continuing to create games that inspire and connect players around the world.

That’s where you come in.

As a Senior Manager, Game Production for one of Riot’s Unpublished R&D products, you’ll lead the production effort in our Singapore studio, orchestrating the local development team and ensuring strong alignment with the senior game leadership based in Los Angeles. You’ll be the team captain responsible for translating the game’s creative vision into clear, actionable plans, maintaining the health of both the collaboration and the local production organization.

Your role is to foster a cohesive, high-performing team environment where creative excellence and operational discipline meet. You’ll drive delivery predictability, strengthen cross-studio communication, and ensure that our Singapore team contributes effectively to the overall success of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Singapore production organization, aligning team goals and priorities with the game’s vision, strategy, and milestones set by the Los Angeles leadership team.
  • Serve as the primary accountable owner for collaboration health, ensuring clear communication, mutual trust, and smooth integration between studios.
  • Drive operational excellence by designing and maintaining scalable production systems, workflows, and accountability rituals that enable sustainable and predictable delivery.
  • Cascade strategic direction from senior game leadership into clear objectives and execution plans for Singapore-based teams.
  • Oversee cross-disciplinary coordination (art, design, engineering, QA, etc.) to ensure efficient collaboration and timely delivery of features, prototypes, and content.
  • Assess and manage risks, proactively addressing production challenges, dependencies, and resourcing needs.
  • Monitor production and collaboration health metrics, fostering transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement across all teams.
  • Support people management efforts in partnership with discipline leads, ensuring clear goals, career growth, and strong team morale.
  • Represent the Singapore team in strategic discussions, status updates, and cross-studio alignment meetings, ensuring both clarity and advocacy for local needs.
  • Model Riot’s values and leadership expectations, fostering psychological safety, inclusion, and a feedback-driven culture across teams.
  • Champion a player-focused mindset and be the voice of the player

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of senior leadership experience in game production, operations, or project management within gaming, including experience as a manager of managers and shipping or supporting AAA titles.
  • Led production organizations of 30+ people or multiple teams, with ownership of staffing, priorities, capacity, and delivery.
  • Strong experience managing co development or distributed development across studios or locations, including ownership, milestones, dependencies, and handovers between internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience translating creative vision into scope, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables.
  • Strong track record in risk management, capacity planning, and holding team leaders accountable for delivery.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, with experience adapting production processes to R&D environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including resolving conflicts and aligning senior creative, technical, and business leaders.

Desired Qualifications

  • 2+ years leading large scale collaboration between internal and external studios.
  • Experience shipping or supporting MMO or live service titles.
  • Led teams through uncertainty, changing priorities, and rapid iteration in early development.
  • Managed outsourcing partners against agreed scope, quality, milestones, and deadlines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
