Nous sommes à la recherche de quatre (04) Opérateur (trice)s de Machine d’Equilibrage qui seront chargé(e)s( d’opérer les machines d’équilibrage (stackers/reclaimers) de manière sure et efficace pour gérer les stocks et assurer un mélange et une reprise du minerai de fer conformes aux exigences, tout en soutenant les opérations de chargement de train, en maintenant un flux continu de matériau conforme aux spécifications qualité afin de garantir le respect des normes de sécurité et des procédures opérationnelles de Simfer dans les activités du stockyard et des installations de chargement des train (TLO).

Ce poste offrira une excellente opportunité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide, où vos efforts auront un impact direct sur le récit et l'identité de notre entreprise.

Vous ferez partie d’une équipe dynamique où règne l’entraide et la sympathie, votre responsable vous aidera à progresser et à atteindre vos propres objectifs ainsi que ceux de l’équipe, ce qui vous permettra de consacrer plus de temps à vos proches et aux choses qui sont importantes pour vous.

Postes basés à Canga-Est (Beyla) uniquement ouverts aux Guinéens avec un contrat de travail local.

Relevant du Superviseur, ils/elles auront les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Utiliser les machines de manière efficace visant les KPI fixes par le superviseur de quart et en évitant la sur-empilement, tout en surveillant l’émission de poussière.
  • Opérer les machines d’équilibrage pour l’empilage et la reprise du minerai dans les zones de stocks selon les plans de mélange, avec un focus sur les KPI tels que les taux de chargement de brut, net, et les taux de de reprise.
  • Surveiller la performance des équipements et ajuster les opérations afin de maintenir un débit et une qualité de produit optimaux.
  • Effectuer les inspections de prédémarrage et s’assurer de la disponibilité opérationnelle des équipements tout en coordonnant avec la salle de contrôle et les équipes de chargement des trains pour synchroniser le flux de matériaux.
  • Tenir des registrer précis des volumes de stock, des taux de reprise et des données de chargement des trains tout en signalant les défauts des équipements et assister au dépannage afin de minimiser les temps des arrêts.
  • Respecter les protocoles de sécurité, y compris les procédures de consignation/étiquetage (LOTO) lors des activités de maintenance tout en assurant le nettoyage et l’application des principes de 5S sur et autour des équipements relevant de sa responsabilité.
  • Participer aux causeries de sécurité, évaluations des risques et initiatives d’amélioration continue afin de contribuer aux activités de mise en service et de préparation opérationnelle du stockyard et du système TLO.

Ce que vous apporterez :

  • Avoir un diplôme d’études secondaire ou certificat technique en opérations minières ou domaine similaire.
  • Avoir un minimum d’expérience dans l’opération d’empileurs/récupérateurs ou d’équipements similaires dans le secteur minier ou industriel lourd. Avec des connaissances en gestion des parcs de stockage, pratique de mélange et opérations de chargement des trains.
  • Avoir une expérience préalable dans les opérations minière, d’exportation ou maritimes.
  • L’expérience dans l’opération d’équipement fixes et mobile serait un atout.
  • Compétences : à communiquer clairement par radio bidirectionnelle et à exécuter les instructions du contrôle room, Aptitude à opérer les machines d’équilibrage et les systèmes de contrôle associes de manière sure et efficace.
  • Connaissances des systèmes de contrôle de l’usine et des outils de reporting de production.
  • Compétences mécaniques de base pour les inspections de routine et les ajustements mineurs.

About the Simandou Project The Simandou Iron Ore Project is located in the Republic of Guinea, West Africa. It is Africa’s largest infrastructure and mining project and represents one of the largest known reserves of high-grade iron ore in the world.

Rio Tinto holds rights to Simandou Blocks 3 and 4 through SimFer, a joint venture between the Government of the Republic of Guinea, Rio Tinto and Chalco Iron Ore Holdings (CIOH). Construction of the mine, together with the associated rail and port infrastructure, is well underway with first production from the SimFer mine expected in 2025.
