Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in de jeugd GGZ en bijdragen aan goede, toekomstbestendige zorg voor kinderen en jongeren? Bij RIOzorg zoeken we een contractbeheerder die overzicht houdt, verbanden legt en zorgt dat afspraken met gemeenten en financiers kloppen én werken in de praktijk.

RIOzorg is een landelijk opererende jeugd GGZ-instelling. Samen met gemeenten, verwijzers en ketenpartners zetten we ons dagelijks in voor kwalitatief hoogwaardige en innovatieve geestelijke gezondheidszorg. We werken aan duurzame oplossingen die echt verschil maken voor jeugdigen en hun gezinnen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als contractbeheerder ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het hele speelveld rondom contracten met gemeenten en andere financiers. Je hebt regie, houdt overzicht in de dynamische jeugdzorg branche en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen en goed landen binnen de organisatie.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • zorgt voor volledige en correcte inschrijvingen bij Europese aanbestedingen;
  • contracten opstelt, beheert en administratief vastlegt;
  • contractafspraken, productieplafonds en financiële kaders monitort;
  • afwijkingen en risico’s signaleert en hierover adviseert aan management en directie;
  • ondersteunt bij aanbestedingstrajecten en contractonderhandelingen;
  • contractvoorwaarden vertaalt naar werkbare interne processen;
  • samenwerkt met collega’s van zorgadministratie, finance, control en beleid;
  • en meebouwt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van contractbeheer en rapportages.

Je bent daarmee een belangrijke schakel tussen zorg, financiën, beleid en externe stakeholders.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent analytisch, zorgvuldig, stressbestendig en communicatief sterk. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op.

Verder:

  • heb je hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een afgeronde hbo-opleiding
  • heb je ervaring met contractbeheer, liefst binnen de zorg of het sociaal domein
  • heb je kennis van of affiniteit met de Jeugdwet en gemeentelijke contractering
  • werk je graag met cijfers en ben je vaardig met Excel
  • heb je bij voorkeur ervaring met zorgadministratieve systemen
