THE WORK:
Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) is the leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for the digital treasurer. Built on the latest technology, Ripple Treasury helps organizations move toward strategic treasury by giving them total visibility into their cash, liquidity, payments and financial risk management.
At Ripple Treasury, we believe data-driven decisions are the heartbeat of a successful enterprise. As a Senior Professional Services Consultant based in São Paulo, you'll be our senior advisor to clients across Brazil and Latin America. You'll lead our most complex implementations from start to finish: multi-entity, multi-currency and multi-bank. You'll be the person clients and colleagues turn to for answers. Your job is to understand each client's business, show them best practice, and design solutions that turn their treasury operations into a real advantage. You'll also help build our delivery capability in the region and mentor the consultants around you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Engagement Leadership: Own delivery of complex, high-value implementations end to end, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare. You'll be accountable for scope, quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
- Discovery & Strategy: Run executive-level discovery with CFOs, Treasurers and Controllers. You'll uncover pain points, map current-state workflows and define measurable success criteria.
- Solution Architecture: Design and document the "To-Be" state across Ripple Treasury's full suite (cash, liquidity, payments, risk and accounting), including integrations with banks, ERPs and market data providers.
- Trusted Advisory: Act as a recognized treasury subject matter expert. You'll guide clients through best practice, challenge legacy processes and help them build the business case for change.
- Regional Expertise: Bring deep knowledge of the Brazilian and LATAM treasury landscape, including local banking formats and local regulatory and tax considerations. You'll turn this knowledge into repeatable delivery patterns.
- Hands-On Configuration: Configure the platform yourself on complex workstreams. You'll also set configuration standards and review the work of other consultants.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Coach and mentor Professional Services Consultants, lead peer reviews, and help build out Ripple Treasury's delivery team in the region.
- Escalation Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for difficult client situations. You'll resolve issues quickly and protect the relationship.
- Enablement & Training: Run high-impact training and train-the-trainer sessions in English, Portuguese and, where needed, Spanish, so clients get the most value from the platform.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Work with Product, Engineering and Sales to feed LATAM market requirements and client insight into the product roadmap.
- Methodology & IP: Help improve our implementation methodology, templates and best-practice playbooks.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 6+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or enterprise software implementations, specifically in Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP or financial SaaS
- Languages: Fluent English and Portuguese, written and spoken. Spanish is a strong plus.
- Proven Engagement Leadership: A track record of leading complex, multi-entity or multinational implementations as the primary consultant or workstream lead
- Consultative Mindset: You don't just take orders. You ask "why," challenge the status quo with confidence, and lead senior stakeholders toward better outcomes.
- Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with complex software ecosystems and a strong understanding of how data flows between treasury systems, banks and ERPs. Familiarity with bank connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host, APIs) and file formats.
- Treasury Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of cash management, cash forecasting, payments, FX and financial risk, and/or hedge accounting
- Financial Fluency: Experience working with or within Corporate Treasury, Accounting and/or Finance. You're comfortable discussing cash flow, debt, investments, intercompany and financial risk with executive audiences.
- Executive Communication: You can translate "tech-speak" into "CFO-speak" and make complex financial and technical concepts clear and compelling.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Experience coaching or mentoring junior consultants and raising the quality of the team's work
- Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites across Brazil and Latin America as needed
