Das ist dein Daily Business:

  • Du übernimmst die Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen sowie die Anfertigung von Steuererklärungen für Gesellschaften unterschiedlicher Rechtsformen.
  • Du kontrollierst die von Steuerfachangestellten vorbereiteten Buchhaltungen.
  • Du führst den Review von Einkommensteuererklärungen durch.
  • Bei steuerlichen Betriebsprüfungen wirkst du aktiv in der Mandantenbetreuung mit.
  • Du bist erste/r Ansprechpartner/in für die laufenden steuerlichen Anliegen deiner Mandanten und beantwortest anspruchsvolle Fragestellungen fachgerecht.
  • Du unterstützt bei der fachlichen Anleitung unserer Fachangestellten und bei der Ausbildung unserer Azubis.
  • Du arbeitest mit modernster Technik und hilfst dabei, unsere Prozesse stetig weiterzuentwickeln.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Deine Basis: Du hast dein Steuerberaterexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Ob als frisch gebackene/r Steuerberater/in oder mit einigen Jahren Erfahrung im Beruf, bei uns kannst du dich fachlich entfalten und persönlich weiterentwickeln.
  • Dein Know-how: Deine Fachkompetenz hast du bereits in der eigenständigen Beratung und Betreuung kleinerer Mandate und/oder in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden unter Beweis gestellt. Zudem verfügst du über sicheres Fachwissen im deutschen Einkommensteuer-, Körperschaftsteuer-, Gewerbesteuer- und Umsatzsteuerrecht.
  • Dein Mindset: Du suchst eine Position mit langfristiger Perspektive, in der du eigenverantwortlich arbeiten und aktiv mitgestalten kannst. Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten, deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und deine Affinität zu Digitalisierung und Automation zeichnen dich aus.
  • Deine Art: Du hast Freude an deinem Beruf, bist kommunikationsstark und schätzt eine familiäre Arbeitsatmosphäre. Du bringst den Anspruch mit, dich und dein Umfeld fachlich sowie persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
