Vi ansvarar både för fastigheter vi själva äger och för ett stort antal inhyrda lokaler runt om i landet. Vi levererar också servicetjänster som stödjer verksamheten i det dagliga arbetet. Tjänsten tillhör Serviceenheten inom Fastighet och Service och är placerad i Stockholm och resor inom Stockholm ingår i tjänsten. Om rollen Som Servicemedarbetare inom internservice bidrar du till att den dagliga verksamheten fungerar smidigt och effektivt. Rollen är bred och varierad och innefattar både logistiska och praktiska arbetsuppgifter. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är:

Post- och pakethantering

Interna och externa transporter

Avfallshantering

Vaktmästeriuppgifter

Ärendehantering

Rondering

Du kommer att ha kontakt med leverantörer och representera serviceverksamheten i driftsmöten. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med ytterligare en expeditör samt receptionist på plats. Rollen präglas av stort självledarskap och kräver att du tar eget ansvar i det dagliga arbetet. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som är självgående, serviceinriktad och praktiskt lagd. Du trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor och har lätt för att hantera flera arbetsuppgifter samtidigt. Du är flexibel, lösningsorienterad och bidrar med en positiv inställning i vardagen. Rollen ställer krav på god samarbetsförmåga och kommunikation, samtidigt som du är nyfiken, vill utvecklas och har förmåga att hitta lösningar när utmaningar uppstår. Krav:

Tidigare erfarenhet från internservice, godsmottagning eller vaktmästeri

Gymnasieexamen

Du kommunicerar obehindrat i svenska och har goda kunskaper i engelska

B-körkort

Truckkort

God datorvana

Meriterande:

Erfarenhet inom Facility Management

Eftergymnasial utbildning inom Service eller Facility Management
