Наші користувачі розвивають харизму на прикладі Мішель Обами та Стіва Джобса, прокачують когнітивні навички за фреймворками Джима Квіка та Барбари Оаклі, і набувають хороші звички за правилами Кобі Браянта та Мел Роббінс.

Наша ціль – переосмислити self-improvement і створити “smart scrolling” experience. Уяви, що всі найвидатніші фахівці, лідери та дослідники зібралися в одному місці, яке можна покласти в кишеню.

Щоб досягти цю ціль, ми шукаємо People Operations Specialist (у гібридному форматі з офісу у Варшаві), яка/який розвиватиме зону People Operations і допомагатиме перетворювати всі наші амбітні плани у реальні досягнення.

Твої майбутні виклики:

- Систематизувати та покращувати onboarding-процес, масштабувати кращі практики та створити першокласний процес адаптації новачків;

- Тримати високу планку організації employee lifecycle management, у тому числі операційна підтримка закриття випробувальних термінів та проведення регулярних performance reviews;

- Працювати з HRMS: адміністрування PeopleForce, наповнення даними, налаштування, формування звітів із систем тощо;

- Кастомізувати HR Operations процеси під команду, розподілену між 2 офісами (Варшава та Київ) та ремоутом;

- Працювати з різноманітними HR-запитами (медичне страхування, компенсації та бенефіти, адміністративні питання);

- І багато іншого та цікавого!

Для цього знадобляться такі навички та досвід:

- Досвід роботи з HRMS (PeopleForce, HiBob чи іншими);

- Розуміння складових Employee Lifecycle;

- Володіння польською мовою на рівні від A2/B1 або вище;

- Відмінні problem-solving навички;

- Висока стресостійкість та адаптивність до змін;

- Високий оунершип за роботу з проєктами, увага до деталей, проактивність та наполегливість;

- Системність у роботі та критичне мислення.

Буде плюсом:

- Досвід впровадження HRMS систем;

- Робота зі страхуванням співробітників (взаємодія з підрядниками, формування гайдів, консультації співробітників).
