Job Context:

Riseup Labs is hiring Social Media Report Production Analysts for a dedicated project with a leading global HR Technology and Social Media Background Screening company based in the United States. In this role, you will work within a proprietary platform to review publicly available online content, complete structured report-production tasks, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality digital background screening reports. This is a non-customer-facing, back-office position that requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to quality and data security. The project offers long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding international operations team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review publicly available online content according to established guidelines and policies.
  • Perform assigned report-production tasks using the client's proprietary platform.
  • Process tasks accurately within a queue-based workflow.
  • Analyze digital content and make objective decisions based on documented standards.
  • Complete assigned work within defined productivity and turnaround expectations.
  • Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to Team Leads when necessary.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while meeting productivity targets.
  • Participate in quality calibration sessions, coaching, and ongoing training.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of client information and report data.
  • Comply with all company security, compliance, and data privacy policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent written English comprehension and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to make objective decisions using written guidelines.
  • Comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven tasks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Hours:

  • 6 PM to 3 AM

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • BDT 140 per hour+ Food Allowance BDT 1500 + Attendance Bonus BDT 1200
