Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee a video captioning and annotation project involving domestic household task descriptions. The Project Manager will coordinate annotation teams, manage quality standards, monitor productivity, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining close communication with stakeholders. This role requires operational leadership, strong communication skills, and experience managing annotation or data operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of video annotation and captioning projects.
  • Coordinate daily workflows for annotators and QA teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, productivity, accuracy, and delivery milestones.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with annotation guidelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports on team performance, quality metrics, and project progress.
  • Handle escalations, operational challenges, and process improvements.
  • Train and onboard annotators on project guidelines and quality expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience managing operational teams or annotation projects.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • High attention to detail and quality management.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and project tracking systems.
  • Experience in AI data annotation, image/video labeling, or content operations.
  • Vendor-side project management or QA management experience.
  • Familiarity with annotation platforms and workflow management tools.
  • Experience handling remote or distributed teams.
  • Understanding of quality assurance methodologies and KPI tracking.

  • Uttara, Dhaka (On-Site)

Work-Time:

  • Day Shift (Roster Basis)

Salary:

  • Negotiable (Based on experience and skills).
