Job Context:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Analyst with a proven track record of 5+ years in product analysis and a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience in the software industry. The ideal candidate must be proficient in handling both B2B and B2C products, possess strong analytical skills, and have the capability to lead an analyst team to deliver world-class digital solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business requirements, product lifecycle management, modern methodologies, AI-driven tools, and product design processes to translate business needs into product solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Product Analyst team to ensure successful project execution and product delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive SRS (Software Requirement Specifications), BRD (Business Requirement Documents), ToR (Terms of Reference), and business proposals aligned with client and company objectives.
  • Design and validate wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma to communicate product ideas effectively.
  • Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to accelerate product analysis, documentation, and data insights.
  • Leverage modern product management tools (PMS) such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp to ensure smooth workflow and task management.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product strategy for both B2B and B2C domains.
  • Support product managers in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and release strategy using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ensure all product documentation meets quality, usability, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers for user-centric product design aligned with the business goals.
  • Analyze data and create dashboards, reports, and insights for performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Recommend AI-driven product enhancements for faster development cycles and improved user experience.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in the software industry (7+ years preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C product analysis and lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge in preparing SRS, BRD, ToR, business proposals, and functional specifications.
  • Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for automation, documentation, and analytics.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and other modern product development methodologies.
  • Experience with Product Management Systems (PMS) like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of AI-driven product features and integrations.
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management (e.g., CSPO, PMI-PBA) will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience working in SaaS or software product companies.
