Die Risk\&Safety AG mit Sitz in Aarau und 17 Mitarbeitenden ist seit über 25 Jahren ein führendes Beratungsunternehmen für den Umgang mit Risiken aus Technik, Brand, Erdbeben und weiteren mehr.

Zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und der Projektleitenden suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine oder einen

Office\-Managerin oder einen Office\-Manager (60 \- 80%)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet ist umfassend und abwechslungsreich.

Sie:

  • führen das Sekretariat mit allen anfallenden Tätigkeiten
  • gestalten die Administration und entwickeln diese weiter
  • führen selbständig die Buchhaltung (Kreditoren, Debitoren, Zahlungsverkehr) und erstellen die MWST\-Abrechnung
  • erstellen den Jahresabschluss mit Unterstützung eines Treuhandbüros
  • betreuen die Personaladministration (Lohnbuchhaltung, An\- und Abmeldung Sozialversicherungen, Ferienkontrolle usw.)
  • betreuen das Versicherungswesen und kümmern sich um die Büroinfrastruktur
  • unterstützen nach der Einarbeitung die Geschäftsleitung sowie die Tätigkeitsfeldbewirtschaftung in den Bereichen Controlling, Kalkulation und Marketing
  • unterstützen die Projektleitenden in der Offert\- und Rechnungstellung.

Sie bringen nach Möglichkeit mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung in Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise inkl. Lohnbuchhaltung, sowie in der Administration
  • Deutsch fliessend in Wort und Schrift, Französisch und Englisch von Vorteil
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit einer Buchhaltungssoftware von Vorteil
  • Offenheit für neue digitale Werkzeuge und keine Berührungsängste bei der Arbeit mit künstlicher Intelligenz (KI)
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Breitgefächertes Interesse
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Freude am selbständigen Arbeiten.
