O que você precisa ter :

Ensino Médio ou Técnico Completo;

Noções de informática;

Fluência Verbal.

Diferenciais:

Experiência com atendimento ao cliente.

Atividades e responsabilidades:

- Realizar a demonstração, experimentação e venda de produtos;

- Facilitar a satisfação e fidelização dos consumidores da marca;

- Atingir as metas individuais estabelecidas pela loja;

- Realizar a organização, abastecimento e exposição correta dos produtos;

- Facilitar a realização dos serviços de Loja, como de maquiagem e Skin, por exemplo;

- Realizar a separação dos pedidos feitos pelas pessoas clientes pelos canais digitais;

- Auxiliar nas rotinas de recebimento de pagamentos e fechamento de vendas;

- Realizar os treinamentos pertinentes à função;

- Apoiar nas rotinas do estoque;

- Limpeza, organização e reposição das seções de produtos/prateleiras e demonstradores;

- Checar a data de validade dos produtos;

- Trocar comunicação de loja e planograma nas entradas de ciclos;

- Garantir a precificação correta dos produtos;

- Acessar e acompanhar os canais de comunicação;

- Participar de treinamentos presenciais e via extranet;

- Conservar o uniforme e equipamentos da loja;

- Operacionalização de venda via mobshop;

- Finalização de vendas.
