L Azienda nostra cliente è una realtà consolidata e diversificata con una posizione di rilievo nella produzione di supporti per il marketing sul punto vendita (sia Retail che GDO), nell'ottica di un piano di sviluppo è alla ricerca di una figura di Commerciale Estero che si occuperà dello sviluppo dei mercati internazionali, con particolare focus sull'Europa.

Le principali responsabilità includono:

  • Analisi di Mercato: Studiare i mercati esteri per identificare nuove opportunità di vendita e comprendere le esigenze dei clienti locali.
  • Sviluppo di Strategie di Vendita: Creare piani di vendita e strategie commerciali specifiche per i mercati internazionali.
  • Trasferimento Esigenze alla Produzione: Interpretare le esigenze dei clienti e trasferirle in modo preciso al team di produzione per l'elaborazione di preventivi e prototipi.
  • Negoziazione di Contratti: Gestire trattative commerciali con clienti e partner esteri, assicurandosi che i termini contrattuali siano vantaggiosi per l'azienda.
  • Gestione delle Relazioni con i Clienti: Stabilire e mantenere relazioni durature con clienti e distributori esteri, garantendo la loro soddisfazione e fidelizzazione.

Competenze chiave:

  • Conoscenza delle Lingue Straniere: Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di ulteriori lingue europee (francese, spagnolo, tedesco) sarà considerata un plus.
  • Competenze di Negoziazione: Capacità di negoziare accordi vantaggiosi e gestire trattative in contesti internazionali.
  • Abilità Relazionali: Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali per gestire le interazioni con i clienti esteri in maniera efficace.
  • Esperienza Commerciale: E preferibile una pregressa in ruoli simili o nel servizio clienti estero (esperienze in agenzie pubblicitarie attive nel retail è privilegiata ma non indispensabile).
