Projekt daje możliwość pracy na styku klasycznego software engineering i GenAI. Szukamy osoby, która nie tylko zna technologie, ale potrafi również przekładać wymagania biznesowe na dobre decyzje techniczne.

Jeśli masz minimum 5 lat doświadczenia komercyjnego, co najmniej 6 miesięcy doświadczenia liderskiego, mocne kompetencje w Python, podstawy w Java/Spring Boot, doświadczenie cloudowe i interesuje Cię rozwój w kierunku AI/GenAI, zapraszamy do kontaktu.

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w Python.
  • Podstawowa znajomość Java mikroserwisów (np. Spring Boot) w środowisku enterprise.
  • Doświadczenie w roli Technical Leada obejmujące podejmowanie decyzji technicznych, wspieranie zespołu i odpowiedzialność za kierunek techniczny rozwiązania.
  • Umiejętność projektowania rozwiązań, z uwzględnieniem skalowalności, wydajności, bezpieczeństwa i utrzymywalności.
  • Doświadczenie z RDBMS (np. Oracle/PostgreSQL), w tym schema design, performance tuning oraz transactional integrity.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość testowania jednostkowego i integracyjnego – JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers, API/contract testing.
  • Doświadczenie z CI/CD pipelines i quality gates – np. Jenkins/GitLab, Sonar, SAST/DAST, dependency scanning.
  • Dobra znajomość integration patterns – REST, messaging/eventing, API design oraz versioning strategies.
  • Umiejętność podejmowania pragmatycznych decyzji technicznych i kompromisów pod presją czasu.
  • Doświadczenie w mentoringu i wspieraniu developerów, prowadzeniu technical discussions oraz dzieleniu się wiedzą.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie z dowolną chmurą publiczną (np. AWS, GCP, Azure) - projekt wykorzystuje Azure, dlatego oczekujemy gotowości do nauki i szybkiego wejścia w tę technologię.
  • Praktyczna znajomość GenAI concepts oraz tools wykorzystywanych w software engineering, w tym LLMs, RAG oraz agent patterns, wraz ze świadomością governance i associated controls.

  • Doświadczenie w performance engineering oraz resilience testing.
  • Doświadczenie w implementacji AI-enabled SDLC z governance i mierzalnymi efektami produktywności.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w prototypowaniu lub integracji rozwiązań GenAI, np.: RAG pipelines, evaluation approaches, prompt management i versioning, integracja LLM w kontrolowanym środowisku.
