  • Doświadczenie w analizie biznesowo-systemowej produktów technologicznych.
  • Znajomość obszaru LLM, RAG, MCP oraz frameworków agentowych, np. LangChain, LangGraph.
  • Umiejętność projektowania rozszerzeń systemowych o funkcje AI oraz ich parametryzacji.
  • Zrozumienie zagadnień związanych z bezpieczeństwem, autentykacją i autoryzacją w systemach.
  • Podstawowa wiedza z zakresu inżynierii danych i architektury oprogramowania.
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego – minimum C1.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w metodyce Scrum.

  • Doświadczenie z klasycznym Machine Learning (ML) oraz optymalizacją modeli.
  • Podstawowa znajomość Pythona, API i baz danych.
  • Znajomość architektury mikroserwisów oraz środowisk chmurowych.
  • Znajomość Docker / Kubernetes (K8s).
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów R&D.
  • Analiza i pozyskiwanie od klienta wymagań biznesowych oraz technicznych.
  • Tworzenie wymagań z wykorzystaniem user stories i kryteriów akceptacji.
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentacji analitycznej oraz raportowanie wykonanych zadań.
  • Udział w procesie akceptacji makiet UI/UX.
  • Współpraca z zespołami projektowymi – developerskimi, UX oraz Product Ownerem – w zakresie opisywania zadań i wymagań.
  • Przygotowywanie i prowadzenie spotkań oraz dem w celu zapewnienia bieżącej komunikacji i zgodności realizowanych prac z przyjętymi założeniami.
  • Analiza błędów i problemów zgłaszanych przez klienta.
  • Analiza możliwości wykorzystania AI/LLM w rozwijanych produktach i systemach.
  • Projektowanie rozszerzeń systemowych wykorzystujących funkcje AI oraz ich parametryzacja.
