• zarządzanie testami, znajomość procesów QA, SDLC/STLC, rozumienie testów manualnych i automatycznych • komunikacja, organizacja pracy, zarządzanie interesariuszami, podejmowanie decyzji • narzędzia zarządzania testami (TestRail, Zephyr), Jira, narzędzia raportowe oraz dashboardy jakości.

• Przygotowanie strategii testów oraz planów testowych (Test Strategy, Test Plan). • Definiowanie zakresu testów, podejścia do testowania oraz kryteriów wejścia i wyjścia (Test Approach). • Analiza wymagań biznesowych i technicznych pod kątem przygotowania oraz realizacji testów. • Udział w planowaniu testów oraz estymacji prac testowych. • Zarządzanie harmonogramem testów oraz zależnościami projektowymi. • Przygotowanie i utrzymanie przypadków testowych oraz scenariuszy testowych (Test Cases, Test Scenarios). • Zapewnienie odpowiedniego pokrycia testami kluczowych funkcjonalności i procesów biznesowych (Test Coverage). • Projektowanie testów automatycznych na różnych poziomach (Unit, Integration, API, UI, End-to-End). • Wykonywanie testów funkcjonalnych, regresyjnych, integracyjnych oraz akceptacyjnych (UAT). • Testowanie interfejsów użytkownika (UI/UX) pod kątem zgodności z wymaganiami. • Budowa, rozwój oraz utrzymanie frameworków testowych. • Integracja testów z procesami CI/CD oraz automatyczne uruchamianie testów. • Utrzymanie i refaktoryzacja istniejących testów automatycznych. • Optymalizacja czasu wykonywania testów oraz zarządzanie stabilnością testów (Flaky Tests Management). • Zarządzanie cyklem życia defektów (Defect Lifecycle Management), w tym raportowanie, triage i priorytetyzacja błędów. • Analiza wyników testów oraz identyfikacja przyczyn błędów. • Weryfikacja poprawek i przeprowadzanie retestów. • Identyfikacja ryzyk jakościowych oraz rekomendowanie działań naprawczych. • Współpraca z zespołem developerskim w zakresie jakości kodu i podejścia Shift-Left Testing. • Dokumentowanie wyników testów oraz przygotowywanie raportów jakości. • Raportowanie statusu testów, jakości systemu oraz monitorowanie wskaźników QA (KPI, metryki jakości). • Wsparcie procesów releasowych, w tym ocena gotowości rozwiązania oraz rekomendacja decyzji Go/No-Go. • Ścisła współpraca z zespołami developerskimi, analitykami oraz biznesem w celu zapewnienia jakości dostarczanych rozwiązań. • Wspieranie procesu ciągłego doskonalenia praktyk, procesów i standardów testowych.
