Kogo szukamy?

Szukamy osoby na stanowisko Tech Lead / Fullstack Developer, która będzie rozwijać rozwiązania w obszarze Data Fabric.

Rola łączy rozwój frontendu z praktycznym podejściem fullstackowym – od budowania nowoczesnych interfejsów, przez integrację z API, aż po współpracę z backendem i rozwój funkcjonalności end-to-end.

Nie oczekujemy, że kandydat będzie ekspertem we wszystkich obszarach. Jeśli jesteś bardzo mocnym backendowcem w Javie i masz motywację, żeby rozwijać się w kierunku fullstack/frontend – również chętnie Cię poznamy.

Szukamy osoby, która:

  • potrafi przekładać potrzeby biznesowe na rozwiązania techniczne,
  • potrafi pracować end-to-end nad funkcjonalnościami,
  • dobrze rozumie architekturę aplikacji webowych,
  • dba o jakość, bezpieczeństwo i utrzymywalność kodu,
  • potrafi diagnozować problemy zarówno po stronie UI, jak i API,
  • współpracuje z zespołami product, UX, backend, data i security,
  • potrafi świadomie podejmować decyzje techniczne i wyjaśniać związane z nimi kompromisy,
  • jest hands-on i nadal aktywnie rozwija rozwiązania produkcyjne.

Wymagania:

  • TypeScript
  • React / Next.js
  • doświadczenie w budowaniu aplikacji webowych i komponentowych interfejsów użytkownika
  • znajomość zarządzania stanem aplikacji i integracji z API
  • Java 21 + Spring Boot – doświadczenie pozwalające na pracę z backendem i integrację z usługami
  • REST API, DTO, integracje i kontrakty danych
  • PostgreSQL / praca z bazami danych
  • znajomość mechanizmów uwierzytelniania i autoryzacji, np. OAuth2 / JWT
  • umiejętność pisania czystego, utrzymywalnego kodu
  • doświadczenie w code review i pracy z zespołem technicznym
  • umiejętność analizowania i rozwiązywania problemów produkcyjnych
  • dobra komunikacja i umiejętność współpracy z osobami technicznymi i biznesowymi

Ważne: nie wymagamy spełnienia 100% powyższych punktów. Możemy rozważyć również mocnych Java Backend Developerów, którzy mają podstawy frontendu i chcą rozwijać się w kierunku Fullstack.
