  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w testowaniu oprogramowania, w tym w tworzeniu i utrzymywaniu testów automatycznych.
  • Praktyczna znajomość frameworków automatyzacji UI, np. Playwright, Selenium lub Cypress, oraz umiejętność programowania w C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript lub Java.
  • Doświadczenie w testach funkcjonalnych, integracyjnych, akceptacyjnych i wydajnościowych, z wykorzystaniem narzędzi takich jak JMeter, Postman, SoapUI lub równoważnych.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w testowaniu rozwiązań AI/LLM, w tym ocenie jakości odpowiedzi, testach regresyjnych promptów, weryfikacji pipeline’ów RAG oraz testowaniu wydajności modeli.
  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w koordynowaniu pracy zespołu testerskiego i testerów biznesowych, obejmujące zespoły liczące co najmniej 5 osób.
  • Dobra znajomość SQL, relacyjnych baz danych, XML, JSON, REST i WebServices oraz doświadczenie w testowaniu API i raportowaniu błędów, np. w JIRA.
  • Certyfikat ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) lub równoważny oraz udział w minimum 2 projektach o wartości przekraczającej 1 mln zł brutto każdy w ciągu ostatnich 3 lat.
  • Planowanie, organizowanie i koordynowanie pracy zespołu testerów automatycznych i testerów biznesowych.
  • Projektowanie, tworzenie i utrzymywanie scenariuszy oraz przypadków testowych.
  • Rozwijanie i utrzymywanie automatycznych testów UI, API, funkcjonalnych i integracyjnych.
  • Planowanie i realizacja testów wydajnościowych oraz analiza ich wyników.
  • Testowanie rozwiązań opartych na AI/LLM, w tym jakości i powtarzalności odpowiedzi, regresji promptów oraz pipeline’ów RAG.
  • Weryfikacja poprawności działania usług REST/WebServices oraz danych w relacyjnych bazach danych z wykorzystaniem zapytań SQL.
  • Raportowanie błędów, monitorowanie postępów testów i przygotowywanie raportów jakościowych oraz współpraca z zespołami projektowymi i biznesowymi.
