RITS Software House (w ramach RITS Group) szuka energicznej osoby na stanowisko Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst (all genders). Pracujemy przy międzynarodowym projekcie dla platformy lojalnościowej i CRM obsługującej globalne marki. Jeśli lubisz przekuwać pomysły biznesowe w jasne specyfikacje techniczne i trzymać proces od discovery aż do go-live — to rola dla Ciebie.

Model współpracy: B2B, pełny remote.

Stawka: 155–185 PLN/h netto (w zależności od seniority).

Wymagany angielski na poziomie C1.

Responsibilities

  • Prowadzenie warsztatów discovery i zbieranie wymagań z klientami enterprise (marketing, CRM, IT, retail operations).
  • Tłumaczenie reguł programów lojalnościowych na wykonawcze specyfikacje: logika naliczania punktów, księga punktów i wygasanie, kwalifikacje i degradacje poziomów, benefity, promocje, kupony, współpraca z partnerami, katalogi nagród, zasady antyfraudowe.
  • Specyfikowanie integracji z otoczeniem systemu lojalnościowego: POS, systemy rezerwacji, CRM/CDP, eCommerce, aplikacje mobilne, płatności, ERP, hurtownia danych — w tym kontrakty danych, przepływy zdarzeń oraz decyzje realtime vs batch.
  • Odpowiedzialność za model danych członka programu: identyfikacja, łączenie tożsamości, zgody i wymagania GDPR, atrybuty segmentacji, historia transakcji i punktów.
  • Pisanie user stories z kryteriami akceptacji testowalnymi przez QA bez konieczności doprecyzowywania.
  • Wspieranie UAT: scenariusze testowe, triage defektów z klientem, zatwierdzenia biznesowe.
  • Kontrola zakresu prac: ocena change requestów, estymacja wpływu, porządkowanie backlogu razem z PM i product ownerem.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia jako analityk biznesowy lub systemowy przy wdrożeniach enterprise (dla poziomu Senior oczekujemy 5+ lat).
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie we wdrożeniu co najmniej jednej platformy lojalnościowej, CRM, CDP, narzędzia marketing automation lub platformy angażowania klienta - jako implementer, nie tylko użytkownik.
  • Płynny angielski w mowie i piśmie (C1) - prowadzenie warsztatów i tworzenie specyfikacji w tym języku.
  • Umiejętność tworzenia wymagań: user stories i kryteria akceptacji, modelowanie procesów (BPMN/UML), modelowanie danych, SQL na poziomie umożliwiającym samodzielne weryfikowanie danych, czytanie i analizowanie REST/OpenAPI.
  • Codzienna praktyka z Jira i Confluence.
  • Komfort pracy bezpośrednio z interesariuszami enterprise, bez pośrednictwa account managera.

Nice to have

  • Znajomość mechanik lojalnościowych w praktyce: earn \u0026 burn, kwalifikacje do poziomów, programy koalicyjne, breakage, liability, wygasanie punktów.
  • Doświadczenie w branżach: airline / travel loyalty, fuel retail (karty paliwowe, POS na stacji, B2B fleet), lub podobne.
  • Praktyka na nazwanych platformach lojalnościowych (np. Open Loyalty, Antavo, Talon.One, Capillary, Voucherify, Eagle Eye, Salesforce Loyalty Management, Oracle CrowdTwist, Synerise).
  • Udział w rolloutach multi-brand, multi-country lub multi-currency.
  • Doświadczenie z retail, eCommerce, banking lub telco jako dodatkowy atut.
