Dołączysz do nowo utworzonego, międzyobszarowego zespołu, który transformuje procesy underwritingu za pomocą AI i technologii chmurowych. Zespół buduje agentów AI i nowoczesne aplikacje wspierające pracę underwriterów. Rozwiązania są integrowane z kluczowymi systemami biznesowymi, takimi jak systemy polisowe i silniki taryfikacyjne. To praca pionierska, w której współtworzy się nowy model operacyjny biznesu.

Obowiązki:

  • Budowa aplikacji Underwriter OS: frontend w Next.js/React, backend w FastAPI/Python.
  • Budowa i orkiestracja agentów AI, w tym transformacja wytycznych underwritingowych na instrukcje dla agentów.
  • Integracja agentów z aplikacją, np. rozbudowa orkiestratora LangChain/LangGraph koordynującego uruchomienia agentów.
  • Budowa procesu ekstrakcji danych z dokumentów brokerskich.
  • Integracja z systemem administracji polis, silnikami taryfikacyjnymi, DMS, CRM, portalem brokerskim i Outlookiem.
  • Wdrażanie rozwiązań na Azure z wykorzystaniem kontenerów i CI/CD.
  • Rozwój i utrzymanie rozwiązań MLOps.
  • Współpraca z biznesem (underwriterzy) oraz przekładanie złożonych zagadnień technicznych na język nietechniczny.
  • Przejmowanie odpowiedzialności za rozwiązania od pomysłu do wdrożenia.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w Data Science / AI, w tym min. 1 rok wdrożeń produkcyjnych (systemy oparte o agentów i LLM).
  • Dobra znajomość React/Next.js oraz Python/FastAPI.
  • Dobra znajomość Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence i AI Foundry.
  • Dobra znajomość LangGraph lub podobnych narzędzi orkiestracyjnych, a także prompt engineeringu i context engineeringu.
  • Biegłość w Pythonie (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) oraz SQL.
  • Znajomość bazy danych PostgreSQL.
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w MLOps (Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
  • Doświadczenie z platformą chmurową Azure.
  • Rozumienie wymogów AI Governance i AI Act.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (I lub II stopnia) techniczne: matematyka, informatyka, nauki ścisłe, inżynieria.
  • Umiejętności analityczne i konceptualne oraz ustrukturyzowane podejście do rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Umiejętność komunikowania złożonych zagadnień technicznych odbiorcom nietechnicznym.

Mile widziane:

  • Doświadczenie z Azure AI Search i Power Platform.
  • Certyfikaty Azure: DP-100 (Data Scientist), AI-102 (AI Engineer), AI-900 (AI Fundamentals).
  • Znajomość branży ubezpieczeniowej i specyfiki procesów biznesowych.
  • Doświadczenie z narzędziami integracyjnymi (Kafka, ESB).
