Praca w modelu B2B, w pełni zdalna, przy wdrożeniach enterprise dla globalnych marek — pełna odpowiedzialność za delivery: zakres, planowanie, budżet, ryzyka i współpraca z wieloma zespołami oraz dostawcami.

Responsibilities

  • Pełne prowadzenie delivery implementacji enterprise loyalty/CRM: planowanie, harmonogram, budżet, rejestr ryzyk i raportowanie.
  • Prowadzenie governance klienta: komitety sterujące, statusy, eskalacje i zarządzanie oczekiwaniami interesariuszy.
  • Koordynacja zespołu dostawczego (analiza, development, QA, integracje) wraz z IT po stronie klienta i zewnętrznymi dostawcami.
  • Zarządzanie zakresem i zmianami: ocena wpływu, wnioski zmian, replany bez naruszania ram komercyjnych.
  • Planowanie wydań i cutover: migracja bazy członków, sald punktów i historii transakcji.
  • Nadzór nad stroną komercyjną projektu: burn rate vs plan, planowanie zasobów, kamienie milowe do fakturowania.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w prowadzeniu wdrożeń oprogramowania klasy enterprise, w tym co najmniej jedno pełne wdrożenie CRM, loyalty, MarTech lub porównywalnego systemu transakcyjnego.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z wieloma zintegrowanymi systemami i kilkoma dostawcami jednocześnie.
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (C1) i komfort komunikacji z klientem bez tłumacza.
  • Znajomość obu światów: praktyczne prowadzenie zespołów w Agile oraz realizacja w modelach stage-gate / waterfall.
  • Uporządkowane podejście do zarządzania ryzykiem, zależnościami i zmianami.
  • Świadomość komercyjna: rozumienie modelu time \u0026 materials vs fixed price.
  • Miło widziane: doświadczenie w replatformingu loyalty/CRM i migracjach danych, rollouty wielokrajowe, prowadzenie zespołów rozproszonych, doświadczenie w branżach takich jak travel, retail, finanse oraz certyfikaty (PMP, PRINCE2, PSM) — przydatne, ale nie zastąpią dowodów na delivery.
