RITS Software House (w ramach RITS Group) szuka energicznej osoby na stanowisko QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer (all genders). To pełna zdalna rola w projekcie międzynarodowej platformy lojalnościowej i CRM obsługującej globalne marki. Responsibilities

  • Tworzenie strategii testów i kompletowanie scenariuszy z dokumentacji analitycznej — uwzględnianie edge case’ów (częściowe zwroty, roszczenia retroaktywne, obniżenia progów przy zamknięciu okresu, duplikaty transakcji, wygasanie punktów itp.).
  • Testowanie end-to-end przepływów \earn\ i \burn\ we wszystkich kanałach: POS, aplikacja mobilna, web, call centre, partnerzy.
  • Testowanie API i integracji: REST zgodnie z kontraktami OpenAPI, strumienie zdarzeń, interfejsy batch, zachowanie przy błędach i retry.
  • Weryfikacja danych bezpośrednio w SQL — księgi punktów, rekordy członków, historia transakcji.
  • Utrzymywanie regresji testowej przy zmianach konfiguracji i kolejnych wydaniach.
  • Współpraca w zarządzaniu defektami z deweloperami i analitykami oraz wsparcie UAT po stronie klienta.

Qualifications

  • Min. 4 lata doświadczenia w QA przy złożonych systemach integracyjnych — transakcyjne/finansowe, eCommerce, omnichannel lub podobne.
  • Doświadczenie w testowaniu API jako rutynowym elemencie pracy: REST, budowa zapytań, walidacja schematów i kontraktów, ścieżki negatywne.
  • Biegłość w SQL na poziomie pozwalającym pisać zapytania weryfikujące przeciw rzeczywistej bazie danych.
  • Znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania testami: Jira + Xray, Zephyr, TestRail lub równoważne.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym pracę w międzynarodowym zespole i tworzenie pisemnych raportów o defektach (B2+).

Nice to have

  • Doświadczenie z automatyzacją testów: Java, Python lub JavaScript z Playwright, Selenium lub REST Assured uruchamianymi w CI.
  • Doświadczenie w domenach: lojalność, promocje, płatności, eCommerce lub handel wielokanałowy.
  • Umiejętność testów wydajnościowych tam, gdzie szczyty transakcji mają znaczenie.
  • Doświadczenie w testowaniu POS lub aplikacji mobilnych na rzeczywistych urządzeniach i sprzęcie.
  • Doświadczenie z testowaniem systemów zdarzeniowych (Kafka lub podobne) i asercjami na poziomie komunikatów.
