RITS Software House (w ramach RITS Group) szuka osoby na stanowisko Software Engineer / Technical Consultant.

To w pełni zdalna praca B2B, stawka 150–185 PLN/h netto (zależnie od doświadczenia).

Dołączysz do międzynarodowego zespołu pracującego nad platformą lojalnościową i CRM dla globalnych marek — będziesz projektować integracje, rozszerzać zachowania platformy i dbać o bezpieczne przetwarzanie transakcji przy dużych wolumenach.

Responsibilities

  • Projektowanie i budowa integracji między jądrem platformy lojalnościowej a otoczeniem: CRM, CDP, POS, stacje paliw, eCommerce, aplikacje mobilne, ERP, dostawcy płatności, hurtownie danych.
  • Praca z trzema stylami integracji: synchroniczne REST zgodne z OpenAPI, event streaming (np. Kafka) oraz planowane interfejsy wsadowe.
  • Mapowanie i uzgadnianie danych między systemami tam, gdzie te same byty (klient, transakcja, produkt) mają różne znaczenia.
  • Rozszerzanie zachowań platformy tam, gdzie konfiguracja nie wystarcza: niestandardowe reguły, obliczenia, adaptery, pluginy.
  • Zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa przetwarzania transakcji przy dużym wolumenie: idempotencja, retry, kolejność, reconciliation i przepustowość w szczytach.
  • Wsparcie migracji — bazy członków, sald punktów, historii transakcji — z możliwością odwrócenia procesu.
  • Prowadzenie warsztatów technicznych z zespołami IT klienta oraz przekazywanie dokumentacji i runbooków, które działają bez Twojej stałej obecności.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w tworzeniu backendu lub oprogramowania integracyjnego dla platform klasy enterprise.
  • Doświadczenie z Java lub porównywalnym stackiem backendowym oraz praktyka w projektowaniu i konsumowaniu REST API.
  • Znaanie relacyjnych baz danych i SQL na poziomie umożliwiającym debugowanie danych, nie tylko odpytywanie.
  • Doświadczenie w integracjach event-driven z Kafka lub równoważnym brokerem.
  • Znajomość środowiska konteneryzacji (Docker, Kubernetes) jako miejsca docelowego dla Twojego kodu.
  • Angielski na poziomie min. B2 — do komunikacji w rozproszonym, międzynarodowym zespole i rozmów technicznych z klientem.

Nice to have

  • Doświadczenie z platformami lojalnościowymi, systemami promocji lub nagród.
  • Praca przy systemach o dużej liczbie transakcji (retail, płatności).
  • Znajomość chmur publicznych (AWS, Azure, GCP) i odpowiedzialność za CI/CD.
  • Integracje z POS, dostawcami płatności lub systemami rezerwacji lotniczych.
  • Doświadczenie w migracjach danych na dużą skalę.
