Wir suchen für unser komplett modernisiertes 3*Superior Hotel in der Sächsischen Schweiz einen Koch (m/w/d) mit viel Geschmack. Sie sind engagiert, sympathisch und lieben die Zubereitung von kreativen Speisen. Wenn Sie eine Ausbildung in diesem schönen Beruf erlernt haben, Ihre Erfahrung mit einbringen möchten und Ihre Kenntnisse deutlich erweitern möchten, melden Sie sich schnell bei uns! Falls Sie nach Ihrer Kochausbildung noch nicht so viel Erfahrungen sammeln konnten, ist die Position für Ihre Entwicklung noch spannender!

  • 4 Tage Woche mit 3 Tagen frei oder 5 Tage Woche mit 2 Tagen frei

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung und Zubereitung der Speisen für das tägliche á la carte-Geschäft und die Halbpensionsversorgung
  • Unterweisung und Kontrolle der Auszubildenden in der Küche
  • Warenannahme und Warenkontrolle, fachgerechte Lagerung der Waren
  • Ständige/tägliche Qualitätskontrolle und Qualitätssicherung im Bereich F&B

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch
  • Sie haben ein starkes, persönliches Hygienebedürfnis
  • Sie spielen im Team und sind zuverlässig
  • Sie haben Spaß an der Arbeit und wollen „mehr“ als nur dabei sein
  • Sie sind qualitäts- und kostenbewusst
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein herzliches, positives Auftreten
