Rive droite immobilier est une \<\< boutique immobilière \>\> spécialisée dans la gérance et le courtage immobiliers, principalement sur le canton de Genève et la proche côte vaudoise. ### Responsabilités \* Gestion administrative et technique d'un portefeuille d'immeubles résidentiels et commerciaux. \* Suivi des relations avec les propriétaires, locataires et prestataires de services. \* Organisation et supervision des travaux d'entretien et de rénovation. \* Gestion des états des lieux d'entrée et de sortie. \* Traitement des réclamations et résolution des litiges. \* Veille au respect des réglementations en vigueur. ### Qualifications \* Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'immeubles en Suisse, idéalement dans la région genevoise ou vaudoise. \* Bonne connaissance des lois et réglementations immobilières suisses. \* Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément. \* Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (MS Office, logiciels de gestion immobilière QUORUM). \* Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation. \* Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. \* Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et sens des responsabilités. le candidat doit disposer de son propre véhicule. ### Avantages \* Un environnement de travail dynamique et convivial au sein d'une entreprise à taille humaine. \* Une opportunité de travailler avec une clientèle privée exigeante et diversifiée. ### Informations pour postuler Si vous êtes motivé(e) à rejoindre une entreprise dynamique nous vous invitons à postuler dès maintenant.
