Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA): 2nd Shift, 3–11 PM

RiverMead | Peterborough, New Hampshire

Starting at $24.00/hour, plus a +$2.00/hour shift differential and +$1.50/hour on weekends

At RiverMead, you'll work side by side with nurses and colleagues who support you every step of the way. You'll have time to get to know residents as individuals, with their own stories, routines, and preferences. Every shift, you'll see how much your skill and attention mean to the people you care for.

We're looking for compassionate, detail-oriented MNAs to join our evening team.

What You'll Do

  • Give hands-on, person-centered personal care that helps residents feel comfortable, respected, and at ease
  • Prepare and administer medications to stable residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following New Hampshire regulations and RiverMead policies
  • Administer PRN medications with prior approval from a licensed nurse after a resident evaluation
  • Support residents who self-administer their medications, document carefully, and report concerns promptly
  • Keep charts, reports, and forms accurate and up to date
  • Work with nurses, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to bring each resident's care plan to life
  • Stay calm and respond appropriately when emergencies come up

Extra Pay for Evenings and Weekends

  • 2nd Shift: +$2.00/hour
  • Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour (Friday 5:00 PM to Sunday midnight)

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience (long-term care experience is a plus)
  • Completion of Nursing Assistant and Medication Nursing Assistant training programs that meet federal and state requirements
  • Current New Hampshire licensure as a Nursing Assistant and Medication Nursing Assistant
  • Current CPR certification
  • Clear communication and a sharp eye for detail
  • Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • A dependable, self-directed, team-first attitude
