Welke uitdaging ga je aan?

Je bent ondersteuner van onze begeleider groene werkzaamheden op landgoederen en in natuurgebieden. Hierbij werk je naast en met de deelnemers van het arbeidsproject of van de dagbesteding. Je doet dit op verschillende locaties in Noord- en Zuid-Holland, meestal in de omgeving van Leiden of Wassenaar. Je start altijd vanaf Kwekerij de Groene Cirkel in Oegstgeest, eigen vervoer kan in enkele gevallen handig zijn.

We werken aansluitend twee dagdelen op een locatie en zoeken nog iemand voor woensdag en vrijdag.

Wie ben jij?

Als vrijwilliger lever jij een enorme bijdrage aan de kwaliteit van leven van kwetsbare mensen. Je vormt een brug tussen de psychiatrie en de samenleving. Persoonlijk contact vermindert het sociaal isolement van de cliënt. Jij draagt actief bij en werkt mee aan het herstel van de cliënt en daarom ben je onmisbaar binnen de GGZ. Je brengt verdieping en plezier in het dagelijkse leven van de cliënt.

Waar ga je werken?

Movens Dagbesteding heeft tot doel cliënten in een veilige en passende omgeving te ondersteunen in hun maatschappelijk en persoonlijk herstel.

Wat krijg je van GGZ Rivierduinen?

  • Een contactpersoon op de locatie waar je vrijwilligerswerk doet en een coördinator die op de achtergrond bereikbaar is.
  • Startersbijeenkomst; verplicht voor alle nieuwe vrijwilligers. Je krijgt noodzakelijke informatie die praktisch en waardevol is ter ondersteuning van je vrijwilligerswerk.
  • Proeftijdperiode
  • Vrijwilligersovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd
  • Jaarlijks vrijwilligersfeest/uitje
  • Eindejaarsgeschenk
  • Evaluatiegesprekken indien gewenst
  • Reiskostenvergoeding woon-werkverkeer op basis van kilometers

GGZ Rivierduinen:

GGZ Rivierduinen biedt geestelijke gezondheidszorg (ggz) aan mensen van alle leeftijden met ernstige, psychische klachten en hun naasten. Binnen GGZ Rivierduinen dragen ongeveer 130 vrijwilligers bij aan het herstel van onze cliënten op de klinische afdelingen, door ze persoonlijke aandacht te geven. Je kunt onze vrijwilligers vinden op: klinisch herstel afdelingen, beschermd woonafdelingen en bij Movens dagbesteding. Ze komen als bezoekvrijwilliger bij een vaste cliënt of ze zetten zich in om een begeleider te ondersteunen met een groepsactiviteit. Ze komen op de huiskamers of om samen te wandelen, een potje te schaken, muziek te maken/beluisteren of om samen te koken, individueel of met een groep cliënten.
