Ben jij op dit moment bezig met je studie Human Resource Management en zoek je een uitdagende stage waarin je echt impact kunt maken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste recruitment stagiair(e) om ons team te versterken! Als recruitment stagiair(e) bij GGZ Rivierduinen stap je in een dynamische omgeving vol kansen. Je maakt deel uit van het HR-team en krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Door de afwisselende taken en de verantwoordelijkheid die je krijgt, weet je na afloop van je stage dat je echt een verschil hebt gemaakt.

Wat ga je doen;

  • Je denkt mee over het verbeteren van onze interne en externe recruitmentprocessen;
  • Je schrijft pakkende vacatureteksten, zoekt actief naar geschikte kandidaten en helpt bij het voorbereiden van sollicitatiegesprekken;
  • Je voert telefonische intakes, referentiechecks en ondersteunt bij selectiegesprekken;
  • Je helpt bij de organisatie van introductiedagen en vertegenwoordigt GGZ Rivierduinen op banenmarkten en events;
  • Je ondersteund en denkt mee op het gebied van arbeidscommunicatie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je zit in het 2e of 3e jaar van je HBO/WO studie richting HR;
  • Je zoekt een meewerkstage van minimaal 20 weken, waarbij je 4 dagen per week beschikbaar bent;
  • Je bent leergierig, denkt graag mee en werkt goed samen;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Waar ga je werken?

Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en gedreven Recruitment-team dat bestaat uit een Manager recruitment en vier Corporate Recruiters. Genoeg experts dus om van te leren en mee samen te werken!

Wat krijg je van GGZ Rivierduinen?

  • Een uitdagende en leerzame stageplek op onze locatie in Leiden, met daarnaast ook de mogelijkheid om (deels) vanuit huis te werken.
  • Je draait mee in het dagelijkse recruitmentproces en krijgt voldoende tijd voor je schoolopdrachten.
  • Je ontvangt een stagevergoeding van € 511,- per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek.

GGZ Rivierduinen

GGZ Rivierduinen biedt geestelijke gezondheidszorg (ggz) aan mensen van alle leeftijden met ernstige psychische klachten en hun naasten. Onze 2.100 collega’s helpen zo’n 15.000 cliënten in de regio’s Alphen aan den Rijn, Duin- en Bollenstreek, Gouda, Leiden, Leidschendam en Zoetermeer. We hebben onder andere poliklinieken, wijkteams, acute zorg, klinieken, verblijfsafdelingen, dagbesteding en een specialistische afdeling voor eetstoornissen.

Met het strategisch programma 'Rivierduinen Verleggen' bouwen we aan een ggz-organisatie die er is voor mensen met complexe psychiatrische aandoeningen. Werken met deze doelgroep vraagt om een integrale aanpak. We willen dag en nacht toegankelijke, goede zorg bieden, gericht op herstel en in verbinding met het netwerk rondom de cliënt. Dit vraagt om betere integratie van onze zorg en samenwerking met ketenpartners. Zo groeien we van individuele patiëntenzorg naar netwerkzorg.
