Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Οργάνωση και επίβλεψη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας του τμήματος Οροφοκομίας.
  • Συντονισμός, καθοδήγηση και εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού.
  • Διασφάλιση υψηλών προδιαγραφών καθαριότητας και υγιεινής σε δωμάτια και κοινόχρηστους χώρους.
  • Τακτικοί έλεγχοι δωματίων και κοινόχρηστων εγκαταστάσεων.
  • Κατάρτιση προγραμμάτων εργασίας και κατανομή καθηκόντων.
  • Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων, ιματισμού και αναλωσίμων.
  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου.
  • Άμεση αντιμετώπιση αιτημάτων και παραπόνων των πελατών.

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, κατά προτίμηση σε ξενοδοχείο 4 ή 5 αστέρων.
  • Ικανότητα διοίκησης, οργάνωσης και διαχείρισης ομάδας.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Επαγγελματισμός και διάθεση για συνεργασία.
