To ξενοδοχείο Mon Repos Palace στην πόλη της Κέρκυρας αναζητά έναν οργανωτικό και υπεύθυνο επαγγελματία για τη θέση του Υπεύθυνου Αποθήκης.

Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα έχει ενεργό ρόλο στη διαχείριση της αποθήκης, στον έλεγχο των προμηθειών και στην παρακολούθηση του κόστους, συμβάλλοντας στην αποτελεσματική λειτουργία του ξενοδοχείου.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

  • Παραλαβή, έλεγχος και καταχώρηση εμπορευμάτων και προμηθειών.
  • Οργάνωση και καθημερινή παρακολούθηση της αποθήκης.
  • Έλεγχος αποθεμάτων και διαχείριση εισαγωγών και εξαγωγών.
  • Διενέργεια τακτικών απογραφών και συμφωνία φυσικού και λογιστικού αποθέματος.
  • Έλεγχος τιμολογίων, δελτίων αποστολής και παραστατικών προμηθευτών.
  • Παρακολούθηση και ανάλυση του κόστους τροφίμων, ποτών και αναλώσιμων.
  • Έλεγχος καταναλώσεων και εντοπισμός πιθανών αποκλίσεων.
  • Σύνταξη αναφορών και ενημέρωση της Διεύθυνσης σχετικά με τα αποθέματα και το κόστος.
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Επισιτισμού, Κουζίνας και Οικονομικής Διαχείρισης.

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, κατά προτίμηση σε ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα.
  • Καλή γνώση διαδικασιών αποθήκης, προμηθειών και κοστολόγησης.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ και MS Excel.
  • Οργανωτικές και αναλυτικές ικανότητες.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας.
