Buscamos um(a) Analista de Marketing Pleno (Foco em ABM) para atuar na conexão entre Marketing e Comercial, desenvolvendo contas B2B e gerando oportunidades qualificadas.A pessoa será responsável por pesquisar empresas, mapear decisores, criar abordagens personalizadas e construir relacionamentos até o direcionamento das oportunidades ao time comercial. Procuramos um perfil investigativo, consultivo, organizado, autônomo e orientado para resultados.Principais responsabilidadesAnalisar as empresas que demonstraram interesse por meio de campanhas, conteúdos e ações de Marketing;Pesquisar o contexto de cada empresa, identificando possíveis necessidades, decisores e influenciadores;Criar estratégias personalizadas de aproximação e relacionamento;Realizar contatos por diferentes canais, como LinkedIn, e-mail, telefone, WhatsApp, eventos e indicações;Aquecer e desenvolver as contas ao longo do tempo, acompanhando sinais de interesse e oportunidades de avanço;Conduzir as primeiras interações até que a conta esteja madura para o envolvimento do time comercial;Registrar interações, aprendizados e próximos passos no CRM;Trabalhar em parceria com Marketing e Comercial, compartilhando informações e contribuindo para a evolução da estratégia de ABM

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em Marketing B2B, ABM, Geração de Demanda, Desenvolvimento de Contas, Desenvolvimento de Negócios, Relacionamento B2B ou áreas relacionadas;Vivência com relacionamento e desenvolvimento de potenciais clientes empresariais;Experiência em pesquisa e mapeamento de empresas, decisores e influenciadores;Capacidade de criar abordagens personalizadas de acordo com o contexto de cada conta;Conhecimento da jornada de compra e de ciclos comerciais B2B;Experiência com CRM e acompanhamento de contas;Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;Facilidade para iniciar conversas e construir relacionamentos;Organização para acompanhar diferentes contas, interlocutores e próximos passos;Autonomia para pesquisar, testar abordagens e definir estratégias;Capacidade de trabalhar em parceria com Marketing e Comercial.
